The present invention relates to an LED picture frame for recording voice, which enables the voice recording of the information of a picture and is used for decoration by inserting LED lights thereinto. The LED picture frame for recording voice comprises: a receiving part which receives a picture; a microphone which records voice; LED lights which are used for decoration in a dark place; a recording switch button; a speaker which outputs the recorded voice; a volume switch which controls the volume of the speaker; a lighting switch which controls the amount of the light from the LED lights; a battery space; and a power switch which supplies and cuts off power. |
