According to an embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus for measuring resistance of a battery pack comprises: the battery pack; a charge/discharge device connected to the battery pack to apply a charge/discharge current in a certain span of time; and a controller determining whether a signal is normal or abnormal by using a resistance value per battery cell voltage of the battery pack and a resistance value per battery pack voltage generated by sensing a current and a voltage of the battery pack, as the charge/discharge current is applied. The present invention provides an apparatus for measuring resistance of a battery pack, which may check a change in an assemble resistor.
