PURPOSE: To obtain the oligonucleotide useful for amplifying a transfer abnormal type gene of human derived cytochrome P450IIC19 by PCR method, capable of readily diagnosing and analyzing the existence of transfer abnormality, suitable for determining a safe dose of a medicine. CONSTITUTION: This oligonucleotide is useful for amplifying a nucleic acid having a base sequence of a transfer abnormal type gene of human derived cytochrome P450IIC19 by PCR method. The oligonucleotide contains a nucleic acid corresponding to an exon 6 domain and/or an exon 7 domain of human derived cytochrome P450IIC19 gene, has 30-70% GC content and 8-50 bases length, is capable of readily diagnosing and analyzing the existence of transfer abnormality and determining a safe dose of a medicine by differences between individuals by medicine metabolizing ability. The oligonucleotide is obtained by designing and synthesizing a nucleic acid having a base sequence of exon 6 domain or 7 domain of human derived cytochrome P45OIIC19 gene and 30-70% GC content. |
