PURPOSE: To provide a vehicle running and stopping control device which is preventing the driver from subjecting stress even though running and stopping are frequently repeated. CONSTITUTION: An acceleration switch Q1 , a low speed switch Q2 , a speed setting switch Q3 and a low speed running control switch Q4 are provided in a starting and stopping manipulation part M, and an ABS starting and stopping control device C carries out intrinsic ABS control in response to turn-on and off of these switches, and also carries out selective control of first and second solenoid shut-off valves. Further, since running and stopping of the vehicle are carried out by manipulating the switches Q1 to Q4 as a constant speed, no depression of an accelerator pedal or a brake pedal is required so as to ensure a safety, thereby it is possible to eliminate stress. |
