PURPOSE: To increase a reliability and an efficiently of a motor by installing a comparator which compares the output of a motor driving current detecting means with a voltage value of a reference voltage source which consists of a driving voltage detecting means and a reference voltage value increase delaying means. CONSTITUTION: A driving voltage detecting means consists of resistors 21, 22 and a reference voltage value increase delaying means consists of a transistor 23, a capacitor 24, and a resistors 25, 26. When driving voltage rises and a current limitation level rises, motor driving current is caused to flow in a motor driving current detecting means (MI) 9. Then, the detection output of the MI9 and the current limitation level are compared with each other by a comparator 13. When the output of the MI9 is larger, a group of switching power devices 2 are turned off and energization of a motor 1 is cut off and thereby current flow is limited. |
