CONSTITUTION: A rotator 5 is flatly arranged on a center pivot-less rotary core member 4 composed of a lot of rollers 3 and 3 or the like engaged in such a manner as to be rolled between respective side grooves 1a and 2a of two large and small rings 1 and 2, a center pivot-less rotary core member 4 similar to the rotary core member 4 is arranged on its upper slope 6 as well, and a swing plate 7 is obliquely arranged on that upper surface. |
