摘要 PURPOSE: To enhance the accuracy of hole positions by moving a punch-pin supporting block using a movement means, controlling this movement using a control means, and varying the punching intervals of the punch pins relatively. CONSTITUTION: In a boring device, a frame with a green sheet affixed thereto is held in position by a green sheet frame holding jig 16. A die set 14 holding the green sheet on the holding jig 16 can move back and forth in Z direction, and an X-direction stage 10, a Y-direction stage 11 and aθ-direction turning stage 15 are moved by a command signal of a function generator 13 and have their feed rates controlled. Thus holes are bored in a certain pattern in the green sheet. A plurality of punch pins 21 are mounted on the upper die 22a of the die set 14. The upper die 22a is opposite to a lower die 22b with a predetermined interval between, and the plurality of punch pins 21 are put into reciprocating motion either simultaneously or selectively by control of a solenoid 20, so that holes are bored in the green sheet stretched between the upper and lower dies 22a, 22b.
