PURPOSE: To provide a surrounding body for the fluid piping and a member for joining the surrounding body for the fluid piping which are easy in the execution and difficult to generate the noise leakage. CONSTITUTION: A surrounding body 10 for the fluid piping which is provided with the noise absorbing and heat insulating material 12 and a lead sheet 14 for noise insulation which is integratedly covered over the outside of the noise absorbing heat insulation material 12, and where the noise absorbing and heat insulating 12 is cut together with the lead sheet for noise insulation at the plane approximately parallel to the center axis, is reinforced by a hard long plate 20 along the cut part 18. The noise absorbing and heat insulating material 12 may be cylindrical or plate-shaped. An excessive part 22 overlapped in the circumferential direction of the fluid piping is formed at the end part of the lead sheet 14 for noise insulation, and the layer of the adhesive is formed on the back side of the excessive part 22. The part where the excessive part 22 is overlapped of the lead sheet 14 for noise insulation is preferably reinforced by the hard long plate 20.
