PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoe manufacturing method which can commercially offer shoes capable of suitably dealing with various types of different lasts for people having a bunion and deformed feet, and also to provide the shoes.SOLUTION: The method includes: a step 10 in which a large number of deformed foot shape data by the appearance of a bunion are collected and summarized into a plurality of types of basic foot shapes; a step 11 in which respective wooden lasts are made on the basis of the basic foot shapes; a step 12 in which soles and inner soles are made on the basis of the respective wooden lasts; a step 13 in which uppers are made with flexible leather on the basis of the respective wooden lasts; a step 14 in which prescribed parts including metatarsal corresponding parts on both end parts of the upper are each sewn to the prescribed parts on both sides of an inner sole shorter in length; a step 15 in which the peripheral parts of the upper and the inner sole other than the prescribed parts are joined; and a step 16 in which a sole is attached to the inner sole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
