The purpose of the present invention is to provide a lightweight and inexpensive pellicle container which has sufficient rigidity to withstand external force during storage of a pellicle having at least one side of which exceeds 500 mm in length. The pellicle container is formed by shaping a resin sheet material and includes: a container main body which contains the pellicle having at least one side of which exceeds 500 mm in length; and a cover body which is fitted and engaged to a peripheral edge portion of the container main body. The container main body has a rib part formed in a recessed shape when seen from the outside. A reinforcing means, which reinforces the rib part, is connected to an outer side of the rib part. The reinforcing means has a cross-section which is preferably in a planar shape, a C shape approximately, an L shape approximately. In the case that the reinforcing means is in the planar shape, the reinforcing means is connected to cover a recessed part of the rib part. In the case that the reinforcing means is in the C or L shape approximately, a portion of the reinforcing means or the whole reinforcing means is preferably fitted and connected to the rib part. |
