摘要 |
PURPOSE: To reduce inter-channel interference by arranging a deleted sample to be transmitted for a scanning line period in a frame period so as to reduce a transmission band width. CONSTITUTION: A motion compensation circuit 110 arranges a deleted sample to be transmitted for a horizontal scanning period in a frame period in response to a received frame and a frame in a buffer 160. The circuit 110 generates a low frequency coefficient and a motion vector to be given to a formatting circuit 170 and a relay circuit 150. Then a circuit 120 executes region conversion of a given signal to give the result to a coding circuit 130. The circuit 130 generates a signal where a discrete amplitude error representing the signal generated by the circuit 120 and a form of a vector index signal are considerably reduced. The output signal stream from the circuit 130 is given to the formatting circuit 170 and a combination circuit 159. The signals generated by the circuit 130 are selected by information used to surely regenerate a valid transmission capacity. |
