发明名称 FACING FRICTION MATERIAL AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF
摘要 PURPOSE: To provide a facing friction material excellent in also aμ-V characteristic by forming a friction adjusting material as a premix filler composed of an amorphous crushing grain obtained by crushing a phehol resin and pulp fiber mixed and solidified, and forming an organic binder as a polyamide imide system resin. CONSTITUTION: A premix filler added as a friction adjusting material is manufactured, for instance, by adding 0.2 to 0.4 pts.wt. pulp fiber relating to 1 pts.wt. phenol resin mixed and molded, and hardening this molded material by baking at about 250 deg.C cooled and crush processed, to obtain an amorphous crushing grain of about 50 to 70μm mean grain size. A friction adjusting grain is added so as to provide 5 to 20wt.% content ratio of totalizing carbon fiber and premix filler in a coating liquid. As a binder resin of these addition materials, a polyamide imide resin is used, but to apply a coating of the coating liquid to a surface of a core plate.
