The device is designed to make a locking device for a displaying part(1) of a notebook PC which is opened by one hand. The device includes: a hanging member(8) with a hook(8a); an elastic body(9) which elastically supports the hanging part(8) to lock the displaying part(1); and a CFL(Cathode Fluorescent Lamp) switch(10) connected to a main body(2). The CFL switch(10) is operated when the displaying part(1) is opened or closed by the hanging part(8).
