The baking oven has an air channel without corners or edges that ends in a front plate. In this plate there are two unscreened air outlets (5) that correspond directly with the oven door(1) or handle(6). Each of these outlets is surrounded by two collars protruding forwards, and one collar laterally by the middle of the grille engages with the door handle, this being located around the door upper edge. The other collar fits into the bevelled door edge. The door lock is between the two outlets. The handle has air deflectors.
