The invention relates to a multi-outlet two-colour extrusion apparatus for chewing gum or the like, which comprises a composite extrusion head (1) which can be fitted as the outlet of an apparatus for making gum (paste), comprising two parallel chambers (2, 3) emerging into a plurality of outlets overlapping the chambers and into which the two chambers deliver, each of which outlets is formed by a throttle-chamber (17) forming an interface between the said chambers and a plurality of interchangeable outlet dies fitted to each throttle-chamber. This invention applies to the making of chewing gum or the like.
