Bracelet-watch having a circular plate (1) in registration with the face (2) whereon are marked the numbers or indicia corresponding to the hours/minutes, the plate being provided with means for its rotation on the face (2) in a plane lower than the plane of the watch hands, having a helically shaped lateral configuration with a radial groove which determines two extreme sides (3 and 4), the lower side (3) of the groove being slightly advanced with respect to the upper side (4) so that said lower side (3) is permanently situated inside the radial opening (5) provided in the face (2) and through which is introduced the rotating plate (1).
