Dynamic RAM memory drive circuit

In addition to the standard dynamic memory drives, the circuit has a register (R) into which is entered information (i) about the type and operating frequency of the microprocessor (MP) to be connected, the storage capacity and the organisation of the dynamic memory components (DRAM) to be connected and the position and size of the dynamic overall memory in the address space of the microprocessor. The circuit (SA) is controlled to operate in the selected operating mode with the aid of the entered information (i). Defined components (ABS, MPB, MPS, AD, ZSP, SWE, MUX) are adjusted for the different operating modes. The circuit can be implemented in integrated form.
