A low-noise advertising board installation device comprises an advertising board bearing frame (3) and an insertion hole type fixing assembly which is fixedly embedded into a wall of a building. A front side plate of the advertising board bearing frame (3) is used for installing an advertising board, and is internally provided with a cavity. A positioning plate (31) is fixedly arranged in the cavity to be used for limiting the retracted position of a retractable fixing pillar (4) in a back side plate of the advertising board bearing frame 3. An ejection spring (42) is arranged in the cavity to be used for pressing the retractable pillar (4) to the positioning plate (31), so that the retractable pillar (4) is at the retracted position. |
