FIELD: membrane technology, particular, methods for manufacture of roll membrane members with spiral winding made with the help of thermal welding; applicable in separation of liquid media by back osmosis and ultrafiltration. SUBSTANCE: after welding the weld is coated with polymer film. Before winding, auxiliary welds are made over the entire surface of membrane pack parallel to pack working edges spaced at 100-450 mm. Membrane pack is impregnated with fluid and vacuum is created in the internal cavity of permeat-and-discharge channel from 0 to 750 mm Hg. The width of welds over perimeter is 5-10 mm and that of auxiliary welds is 2-3 mm. Width of polymer film exceeds the width of weld over perimeter by 2-5 mm. EFFECT: higher productivity due to reduced labor input in manufacture of membrane roll member by thermal welding with high quality of weld zone. 3 cl, 3 dwg |
