FIELD: seismic prospecting. SUBSTANCE: process can be used while surveying water areas of floor of world ocean, seas, rivers and lakes. Basic unit of section of geophone includes power cable, hydrophones and cables connecting hydrophones. It is placed into form positioned on to frame which incorporates discharge, directing and filling devices and vessels for vacuum treatment and heating of compound. Ultrasonic converters are arranged with spacing of 15-25 cm on the outside of form and ultrasonic action with frequency equal to frequency of inherent oscillations of unsolidified compound are excited in compound. Ultrasonic action is conducted for the course of time till complete solidification of compound takes place which makes it possible to decrease temperature of pouring of compound to 60-80 C and to raise tensile strength of shell of geophone by 10-40% as compared with initial one of existing processes of manufacture of geophones. EFFECT: improved operational and technological properties of geophones due to use of ultrasonic capillary effect. |
