Circuit board test equipment with replaceable holding-down frame

The circuit board (PL) under test is arranged on a supporting frame (2) whose underside is accessible for test contact points (Sp) of an electrical test set. Holding-down pins (20) are brought to bear upon particular sites on the top surface of the board to ensure immobility and good contact with the test points. The pins are movable in x and y directions in the plane of the replaceable frame (6) which is screwed (22) into a holder (7). A vacuum is maintained under the supporting frame.
