Flocking substrate by applying adhesive bed

A process for flocking a substrate involves applying an adhesive layer (2) onto the substrate and a subsequent flocking with fibres (3). After flocking, the process involves applying a liq. bedding material on the fibre side. The vol. of this material is adjusted in such a way that the fibres are bound in the bedding material along part of their length extending beyond the adhesive bed (2).
