FIELD: transportation. SUBSTANCE: device has A-shaped tubular framework 1 with support 2 at top and brackets 3 at ends. One of brackets has lock, and other has trunnion 9 which can be fitted on guide 12 by means of slot. Guide 12 is has holes. Novelty in design of device is that it has tie-rod 7 located below plane of framework 1. Tie-rod connects support 2 with crossmember 6 whose ends rigidly intercouple brackets 3 connected in lower portion by slider. Oval hole made in upper portion of trunnion 9 is used to pass tie-rod. Trunnion has also faces to engage with safety device 10 placed on top of framework 1 at its lower side to provide fixing of device when not in operation. Device has handle 13 with hinge-connected variable-section stems on ends. Stems pass through holes of framework 1 and holes of struts 16 which connect ends of framework 1 with brackets 3 from below and rest on guide 12.
