Saccharose based products containing high potency sweeteners and process for making the same

A powdery prod. contains at least 50% saccharose of apparent density 20-70 (25-50)% of that of commercial sugar powder, to which is added an amt. of additives comprising (partly of) sweeteners (I) of high sweetening power and opt. sweeteners (II) other than saccharose. Also claimed is prodn. of the prod. (II) comprise maltodextrins pref. obtd. by partial hydrolysis of an aq. starch soln., of ED 2-20. (I) comprise Aspartame, Acesulfame-K, Sucralose and Alitame (RTM's).
