a remote controller photon receiving unit(10) for receiving a control signal from a remote controller; a zero closing detecting unit(30) for electric AC phase; a micro computer(20) for producing a control output to select a checking angle of the AC phase in reference to the zero point according to the control signal from the remote controller; a lighting controller unit(60) for controling lighting fixtures(70) by selecting the checking angle of the AC electric power in accordance with a control signal from the micro computer(20), thereby controlling lighting fixtures within the range where remote controller can not accessible.
