PURPOSE: To obtain sufficiently enough radiant quantities, to shorten transmission wavelength and to inexpensively manufacture a leaked wave NRD guide with simple structure. CONSTITUTION: Two metallic plates 1, 2 are arranged in parallel with an interval <λg/2 and a dielectric strip 3 is formed between both the plates 1, 2. Metallic plate recessed elements 11 are alternately formed on the insides of the plates 1, 2 with the interval of θ/2. Dielectric strip elements 12 consisting of gaps are formed in the strip 3 on respective counter faces corresponding to respective elements 11. |
