BRANCH PIPE-LINING MATERIAL AND BRANCH PIPE-LINING METHOD

PURPOSE: To provide a branch pipe-lining material and a branch pipe-lining method wherein all works can be done from a main pipe and lining of a branch pipe can be done always correctly regardless of condition on the ground. CONSTITUTION: A branch pipe lining material 1 is constituted by forming a flange 3 at one end of a pipe-like resin absorbing material 2 which contains a curing resin and has a highly airtight film coated on its inside face and by attaching a peel-off end 6 to other end in a peelable way. The lining material 1 is guided into a main pipe 30 in a state that the flange 3 is folded back. In a state that the flange 3 of the branch pipe lining material 1 is adhered to a branch pipe opening peripheral edge of the main pipe 30, the branch pipe-lining material 1 is inserted inversely into a branch pipe 31 from the main pipe 30 onto the ground by liquid pressure. By keeping the branch pipe-lining material 1 in a state pressed to the inner peripheral face of the branch pipe 31, the curing resin impregnated into the branch pipe-lining material 1 is cured, and the peel-off end 6 is peeled off and removed.
