PURPOSE: To efficiently and properly monitor temperature and humidity in a hold of a transport ship. CONSTITUTION: Cool air suction ducts 1 blowoff ports 3 of which are communicated to the inside of a hold of a transport ship 1 are provided on front and rear sides and both of left and right sides of the hold, suction ducts a suction port 5 of which is communicated to the inside of the hold 2 and a discharge port 6 of which is connected to the suction sides of the ducts 1 are provided on left and right or front and rear sides of the hold 2, and an air cooler 7, an air heater 80 and a humidifier 90 actuated by a refrigerator on board a marine vessel or by a secondary cooling method are respectively set on the front and rear or both of the left and right cool air suction ducts 1. |
