<p>PURPOSE: To recycle dredging earth and soil by polishing stones, etc., in the dredging earth and soil to remove dull angle parts and crushing earth lumps and sand lumps, etc., then removing the mud, etc., sticking thereto to form gravel, sand and others in a crushing stage, and classifying the gravel, etc., with screens. CONSTITUTION: The dredging earth and soil charged into a hopper 1 are supplied to the screen 4 under addition of water 4 thereto and are then charged into a crushing machine 6, by which the dredging earth and soil are crushed with each other. Next, the earth and soil are sieved by the screen 7 to, for example, 25mm and the sizes smaller than this size. The earth and soil below 25mm are sieved by the screen 8 to >=5mm and the sizes below this size. The earth and soil failing to pass the respective screens 7, 8 are charged into an endless rubber body progressing under vibration of a sorter 9 and are collected as the gravel and the sand. The gravel and the sand are stored into storage tanks 10, 11. The endless rubber body has an ascending grade from mid-way and the earth and soil of the small sp. gr. which cannot climb the grade are discharged from the opposite side and are stored in a storage tank 12.</p> |
