<p>PURPOSE: To provide a method for manufacturing a molded composite body wherein a core material and a skin material are adhered firmly and uniformly so as to endure deep press molding and severe condition, and adhering and patterning can be done in one process. CONSTITUTION: A molded composite body 1 is constituted by fully adhering a skin material 13 consisting of polyester fiber to one face of a core material 11 consisting of an unwoven cloth, in which a polyester fiber having a glass fiber as a main component is mixed, through a linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) film 12 having a melt index of 7. The LLDPE film 12 is patterned by pressure in a state that the film is melted at a temperature where its flowing degree becomes 3g/10min or above, so that a part of it is impregnated into the core material 11 and the skin material 13.</p> |
