ANCHOR CLAMP PASSING WHEEL

摘要

PURPOSE: To obtain an anchor clamp for passing a wheel comprising a steel sleeve, an aluminum sleeve and a jumper socket being fastened by a through bolt in which the bolt is protected against corrosion clue to heating in the vicinity of a through hole. CONSTITUTION: An anticorrosive paint 4 is applied to the inner surface of an aluminum sleeve 1 and the bolt hole in a jumper socket 3. A bolt is fastened by a nut through a coned disc spring such that the contact faces of both members come into tight contact at all times. Since the paint layer 4 blocks generation of a local current between the bolt and the aluminum member, oxidation and corrosion are prevented even if moisture intrudes externally.
