PURPOSE: To perform after-attachment of a weather strip to prevent run-out of an adhesive material by making up a retainer of a recessed part for adhesive material, a stopper part, a holder part having a projection, and making up the weather strip of a stopper face, a holder groove, an engagingly locking groove for engaging itself with the projection. CONSTITUTION: A recessed part 17 for adhesive material 16, a stopper part 18 outside the recessed part, a holderpart 19 having a projection 20, are provided on a retainer 15 for supporting a glass. On the other hand, a stopper face 21 allowed to abut on the stopper part 18, a holder-groove 22 in which the holder part 19 is to be fitted, an engagingly locking groove 23 for engaging itself with the projection 20, a lip part 24 for holdingdown the glass, are provided in a weather strip 25 for holding the glass fitted on the retainer 15. Then, an adhesive material 16 is placed only in the recessed part 17, the glass is placed, the holder part 19 is inserted into the holder-groove 22, the stopper face 21 is allowed to abut on the stopper part 18, and the projection 20 is engaged with the engagingly locking groove 23 to assemble the glass. Thus, the weather strip 25 can be after-attached in the final process, and run-out of the adhesive material 16 eliminated to reduce manhours. |
