PURPOSE: To obtain a transparent conductive film prevented from undergoing deterioration of the barrier properties due to a damage to the barrier layer in the step of working the material by providing a protective film comprising a specified cured organic material on a gas-barrier transparent metal oxide layer. CONSTITUTION: This film is obtained by providing a cured resin layer 2 at least on one side of a transparent plastic film 1 and laminating a gas-barrier transparent metal oxide layer 3 and a hard organic material layer 4 in order on the layer 2, and it has a transparent conductive layer 5 on any one of the layers 3 and 4 with a cured resin layer 2 lying therebetween. The hard organic material layer 4 is a cured coating film comprising a photo-setting reaction product of an acrylic monomer and a bisphenol A epoxy acrylate resin represented by the formula (wherein n is an integer of 1 to 6), the epoxy acrylate resin accounting for at least 50wt.% of the resin as a whole. |
