<p>PURPOSE: To eliminate the need to intermittently perform electric power reception, data reception, data transmission, etc., and to speed up the data transmission and reception by generating a source voltage from a received two-phase phase-modulated wave signal and supplying it, generating a clock, and imposing demodulation by using a successive carrier clock. CONSTITUTION: A control part 207 generates a write command, which is modulated by a modulating circuit 204 and supplied to a transmitting antenna 201. The signal is received by a parallel tuning circuit 301, demodulated by a demodulating circuit 303, and sent to a control logic circuit 305, where the command is analyzed. The control logic circuit 305 writes write data sent after the write command in a specific address of a nonvolatile memory 306. A power source generation part 302 generates a clock required to operate respective circuits with a received signal and outputs the clock to the demodulating circuit 303, a modulating circuit 304, and the control logic circuit 305.</p> |
