<p>PURPOSE: To provide a photodetector capable of compensating negative tempera ture characteristics without the need of the exterior parts of an integrated circuit. CONSTITUTION: When constitution up to the preceding stage of the amplifier of this photodetector is provided with the negative temperature characteristics, a diode-connected transistor 26 provided with the negative temperature characteristics is interposed in the output of an operational amplifier inside a driving circuit 5, that is between the emitter of the transistor 24 and the power supply input of an inverter circuit 27. Thus, when a temperature rises, the level of driving signals to be impressed to a switching transistor 2 can be made large and amplifier input can be made large. As a result, compensation is performed so as not to provide the negative temperature characteristics in the amplifier output.</p> |
