OMEPRAZOLE INJECTION

摘要

The injection is made by; (a) dissolving omeprazole or non oral adminstrating omeprazole salt and other additives into distilled water; (b) adjusting pH 8.5-9.5 with N-methylglucamine or such buffer solution as 2-amino-2-hydoxymethyl-1,3-propanediol or the mixture of N-methylglucamine and potassium hydrogen phosphate in order to make it stable.
