PURPOSE: To provide a motion vector detector which can be used for both of a hand shake correcting device and a three-dimensional image converter in common. CONSTITUTION: The correlation value data from a correlation value arithmetic circuit is supplied to an accumulation and addition circuit 11 and, accumulation and addition are performed. In the accumulation and addition circuit 11, input correlation value data is accumulated and added to the output data from memories M 1 to M 8 in an adder 110. At the front stage of the adder 110, an AND gate 112 controlling the supply of output data is provided. Because this AND gate 112 is opened and closed by the update control data from the control circuit 15 to be controlled by a microcomputer 16, the gate 112 controls whether the accumulation and addition are performed or not. As a result, the changes of the size and number of detected block become possible. |
