PURPOSE: To support the management of a project even in the case where the depth of a hierarchy is not limited, and also any hierarchy can be handled similary, and in addition, the managed object of some hierarchy corresponds to two or more works among plural works to constitute the one hierarchy higher-order managed object. CONSTITUTION: A control part 9 forms a managed object record and plural work records in a storage part 4 for each managed object by the operation of an input part 1.
