The reel (VS) is pushed on to the free end (FE) of the pref. straight holder (AT) as far as a stop (GL) which limits its movement in the axial direction. On the opposite side of the reel a tensioning device (SE1) incorporates a blocking element (SR1) with a point which can engage in one of a number of annular grooves (RA1-Ran) running around the holder. The point is driven into the selected groove by an arresting element (ER) sliding over the sloping end (AS) of the blocking element and retained by a spring (RF1) in a tubular sleeve (HU1).
