FIELD: motorcar building industry, mechanical engineering, metallurgy and other branches of industry for phosphate layer application before operations of dyeing, varnishing, drawing and as separate protecting cover against corrosion. SUBSTANCE: in case metal zinc is used as zinc-bearing raw material process to produce solution for zincnitratephosphate concentrates preparation is carried out in following way: phosphorous acid solution with concentration of 30 - 50 % is prepared with its following introduction on metal zinc. Reaction is exercised during heating of reaction mixture up to temperature of 90 - 180 C and then mixture with density of 1.41 - 1.82 g/cmis fed into nitric acid. Zinc dissolving is repeated many times. EFFECT: method allows to expand raw material base of phosphating concentrates production? to decrease zinc losses, to increase productivity and costs of process. |
