The control (18) with a peripheral flange (21) is radially centred on the disc-shaped basic body (30) of the outer cover plate (9). The spring (20) is positioned between the control and a friction element (22) rotationally fixed on the cover plate (45) of the load part.The friction element fits, by axially protruding lugs (23) distributed over the periphery, into openings (24) in the cover plate (4) and points in the direction of the control to a flange on which the axially acting, undulating spring radially leads. The friction element and control are pref. made of plastics.
