FIELD: weapon and ammunition providing operation in smoking conditions. SUBSTANCE: installed in the ammunition bottom instead of a metal casing for accommodating the doze and explosive charge is an initiating assembly with a tracer-igniting composition, which is ignited by the powder charge heat pulse from the engine of the rocket infantry flame thrower at a fire through the process holes in the cover of the initiating assembly. In the process of combustion of the tracer-igniting mixture an ammunition trace is formed. The offered ammunition is safe in use and storage, and its basic indices exceed those of standard ERIFTh by 3 to 4 times. EFFECT: enhanced time of aerosol formation and increased length of invisible cloud, besides, provision is made for adjustment of fire against small-sized targets due to trace formation. |
