The object of the invention is an external wall element of a building and the external wall structure made of such elements. This element has a rectangular parallelepiped form. It is produced from heat insulation material in which two parallel vertical rows of canals are made. The cross-cut of these canals in relation with the parallel symmetry plate of the wall element are asymmetrical: by the wall's inner plate the cross-cut is larger, but by the wall's external plate cross-cut is smaller. At the top of each element there are some vertical grooves, the depth of which is half of the width of the vertical canals running parallel to the wall. At the top plate of the element, these canals as well as the vertical grooves are connected with the horizontal grooves.These elements in the external wall structure are placed by turns so that the vertical canals in the middle of one layer of the element would overlay with those canals that make the pair of grooves in the middle of the elements. These canals as well as the horizontal grooves are filled with load bearing material that creates a double rectangle lattice inside the wall.The vertical inertia plate of the cross-cut of the load bearing lattice colons can be connected with the resulting power plate of the wall's vertical load.
