FIELD: production of applied on carbon materials platinum catalysts used in organic synthesis processes, electrocatalysts for fuel members and Pt/C catalysts for synthesis of hydroxylamine by reduction of NO using hydrogen in particular. SUBSTANCE: aim is to create catalyst for synthesis of hydroxylamine by hydrogenation nitrogen oxide, that has increased activity and resistance to oxidating corrosion. Catalysts for synthesis of hydroxylamine presents dispersed metal platinum applied on graphite-like material surface with real density of 1.8 - 2.1 g/cmand pores volume of 0.2 - 1.0 cm/g, in which layers of carbon are packed in crystallites oriented in space as planes of polyhedron and have interplane distance d 002 = 0.340 - 0.350 nm, average size of crystallite in "a" direction - L L= 3,0-18,0nm = 3.0 - 18.0 nm, average size of crystallite in "c" direction - L L= 3,0-14,0nm = 3.0 - 140 nm.
