A lyophilized indolocarbazole derivative preparation produced produced by lyophilizing an aqueous solution containing an indolocarbazole derivative or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof and an amino acid or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof. The invention thus provides a pharmaceutical prepartion of an indolocarbazole derivative or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof useful as medicines such as carcinostatic agents and a method for stabilizing the same.
