<p>PURPOSE: To reduce a cost in manufacture by constituting a turn lock means for a coil case of a notched part, formed in a peripheral edge of a mounting plate, and of a protrusion part integrally molded in a compressor side also to engage with the notched part. CONSTITUTION: A coil case 4 is mounted in a side of a front head 101 of a compressor 100 through a mounting plate 6 and a stop ring 7, to make a pulley 2 adhesive to a clutch plate 3 by attracting force due to exciting an electromagnetic coil 8 in the inside of this coil case. A semicircular notched part 9 is provided in a peripheral edge of the mounting plate 6, and a protrusion part 10 of shape corresponding to the notched part 9 is provided in a surface of the front head 101, to make the protrusion part 10 engage with the notched part 9, so as to constitute a turn lock means for the coil case 4. The notched part 9, since its forming position is placed in the peripheral edge of the mounting plate 6, can be formed simultaneously when punched the mounting plate 6 from a raw material, and the protrusion part 10 can be formed simultaneously with manufacturing the front head 101 by die casting. Accordingly, manufacture can be performed at a low cost with less labor.</p> |
