PURPOSE: To prevent the contact of fingertips with a suppository and the anus by enveloping the suppository with a hardly rupturable sheet-like insert package which is flexible and elongatable not to hinder the insertion of the suppository from the base toward the end of the suppository. CONSTITUTION: The suppository 1 is enveloped with the sheet-like package 2 for insertion from its base toward the front end. This sheet-like insert package 2 is formed of a material which is flexible and elongatable not to hinder the insertion of the suppository, is hardly rupturable and further, substantially prevents the exudation of moisture, etc., on the outer surface. For example, the package is formed of a synthetic polymer compd. product, such as vinyl resin. The shape of the sheet-like insert package 2 may be circular, square or other arbitrary shapes and the formation thereof at an arbitrary size at which the suppository 1 is enveloped from the base toward the front end direction at its vertical axis suffices. The insert package 2 may be provided with a turn back, orifice and ring. |
