PURPOSE: To prevent the revolution around the axial center of a shield excavator occurring when the shield excavator is operated. CONSTITUTION: A rolling stopper 24 having an interlocking piece 24b interlocked with a rib 25b of a segment is mounted to a spreader 23 mounted to the front end of a shield jack 22 through a bolt 30 in a detachable manner. Excavation torque applied to a shield excavator can be transferred to the segment, and the revolution (rolling) around the axial center of the shield excavator can be prevented.
