PURPOSE: To provide a composition for chamotte flowed-in refractory exhibiting self-fluidity with a small quantity of water to be added, capable of pressure transporting by a pump and showing the same bulk density as the conventional vibration worked refractory. CONSTITUTION: The composition for chamotte flowed-in refractory consists of 72-93wt.% chamotte aggregate having >20μm particle diameter, 3-10wt.% acidic fumed silica fine powder, 4-18wt.% fire resisting powder except the acidic fumed silica fine powder and having <=20μm particle diameter and <=10μm average particle diameter, and a small quantity of a dispersing agent. |
