PURPOSE: To provide a method for producing continuously, efficiently, and surely high quality cups for a swimming suit in which cloths are laminated respectively on both sides of a vulcanized silicone rubber sheet. CONSTITUTION: In a method for producing continuously cups for a swimming suit in which cloths are laminated respectively on both sides of a vulcanized silicone rubber sheet, unvulcanized silicone rubber is preformed into a continuous sheet by a calender roller or an extruder, and cloths 6a, 6b are laminated continuously on both sides of the sheet. Next, the laminated sheet 7 is molded into a bust-cup shape by heat compression. In this process, the sheet 7 is preferably pressed by a press to allow the unvulcanized silicone rubber sheet to enter the meshes of the cloth before the heat compression molding of the sheet 7. |
